Terms and Conditions

These terms set out an agreement between Giraffe Monkey Ltd (“the company”) and any customer (“you”) who arranges the hire of a Photo Booth.

Provision of Service

The company agrees to provide a PhotoBooth service for indoor use only of varying duration and to maintain operations during this time for a minimum of 95%.

Payment

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of 75GBP is required.

Full payment is due not less than 14 days prior to your event.

Failure to comply with these payment terms will result in cancellation of the booking.

Change of Date

There is no charge to change the date of your booking, subject to availability on the new date

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time and are advised of the following.

Up to 14 days prior – no refund

15 to 28 days prior – 50% refund minus initial deposit

29 – 45 days prior – 75% refund minus initial deposit

45 days + prior – 100% refund minus initial deposit

Photographic Policy

You grant the company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to all photographs taken during the use of company equipment.

The company reserves the right to delete any content where it is deemed any photograph to be threatening, or pornographic; inciting hate or violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

You discharge the company of any responsibility against any and all liability associated with the use of pictures taken within the PhotoBooth.

Access, Space, Power

You are responsible for ensuring that the company has adequate access to the venue, that there is suitable space within the venue for the Booth to operate and that a power supply is provided within no more than 5 metres.

Access is required not less than one hour prior to your Booth Hire start time until not less than one hour after your Booth Hire end time.

Failure by Us

In the event of failure by the company to provide the service, you agree that the maximum liability of the company will be the total of any monies paid to us to provide the service.

Privacy Policy

During our interactions, it will be necessary to obtain certain personal information in order to process your booking. Any information we hold about you will be held in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Full terms can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Damages

You acknowledge that you shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the company’s equipment caused by any misuse of equipment by you or your guests.

Behaviour

You are responsible for the behaviour of you and your guests during the service period and any times associated with the setup and dismantle of the Booth.

The company reserves the right to withdraw the service at any time if staff are threatened or intimidated in any way, with full forfeiture by you of any monies paid.

Liability

The company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any persons or property as a result of using the Booth.

Internet Connectivity

In order to use full features of the Booth, internet connectivity may be required. It is your responsibility to provide us with wireless connectivity in the venue.
